Konrad Śniatała, who controls 44,81% of the stock, is ATREM’s largest stockholder and its President. The remaining stock belong to Marek Korytowski – the Vice-president, Gabriela Śniatała – the member of the Supervisory Board, ING Open Pension Fund and other shareholders.

- 2.994.679 of bearer C series shares.
